The AVAC is working on a joint-sponsored event between the City of Lancaster and the AVAC to host the event in Late August/September 2005 at George Lane Park.  A co-sponsored event would allow the club to save hundreds of dollars on event insurance while allowing the city to offer a new type of event at their facilities.  The calendar is nearly filled up for 2004, so reservations are going in right away for this event.

Potential event dates by preference are:

#1 - Saturday, August xx, 2005

#2 - Saturday, September x, 2005

#3 - Saturday, September xx, 2005
